What is Quality Check (QC)?
A quality check is conducted when the seller ships the orders to the drop off station. One of Kza Meeza's representatives will inspect your products and check the following:
- Product packaging
- Your product matches the details in the product’s page on Kza Meeza website.
– The objective of quality inspection is divided into two parts:
Protecting the customer from receiving wrong/defective/used products and avoiding customer dissatisfaction.
Protecting you from product returns, low seller score, and losing customers.
You must make sure that your product matches the data listed on the product’s page on Kza Meeza website.
- Brand
- Color
- Size
- Model
- Other specifications (weight / length / etc.)
What are the consequences of failing the quality check?
You product might not pass the quality check in the following cases:
– The product and/or the packaging is faulty.
– The product is different from the one on the Seller Center.
– Counterfeit product.
– Used product
– Your product is missing the product code label.
